The accommodation was reasonably priced. The staff was superbly friendly and hospitable.- The climate control and sitting area were awesome.- The breakfast was incredibly nice with plenty of food.

The homestay has a great location next to the airport, in a quiet area with many restaurants, spas, and a good tailor close by. The building has a very cute style and comfortable inner decor.

The room was impressive and charming, and I could see the garden from the window.

staff is consistently courteous and funny. great service, thank you. it offers spotless and extraordinary room with a lovely garden very well maintained, i enjoyed that all. the place is really close to the beach.

The hotel offered an amazing experience during my New Year stay. I was delighted to find out that there were complimentary room upgrades available. This was a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was a key highlight. It was conveniently located close to the beach, allowing easy access for leisurely walks and relaxation. Lastly, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. the walls between the rooms were quite thin, leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

We had a great time at Under The Coconut Tree Homestay! The owner, Jake, was so helpful and gave us fantastic tips for local trips. We rented motorbikes and easily explored Hoi An and Da Nang. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious. The beach was just a short walk away and it was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this homestay.

The location here is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views of the nearby ruined temples; I loved sitting on the terrace admiring the garden view, and the attentive staff made my two-night stay incredibly enjoyable.

We had an incredible stay at a charming homestay in Hoi An. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms and property were beautifully maintained, giving off a cozy and quiet vibe. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at a nearby vegetarian restaurant. Plus, the free water refills were a nice touch.

Spacious rooms with two queen-size beds make it easy to spread out. The breakfast here is not just nice, but also reasonably priced and boasts excellent food.
